Vyrexwear started with a simple moment: a bench press session where everything went wrong. See-through fabric. A phone sliding out of a useless pocket. A key lying somewhere on the floor. It wasn’t one big problem — it was ten small annoyances that together made for a bad workout.

That was the moment we decided to do better ourselves.

What we make

Sports shorts and gym shorts that solve the minor frustrations of training. Built-in liners so you never have to think about coverage again. Two zippered pockets, so your phone and keys are always secure and nothing ever falls out. And a soft, breathable fabric made of 90% lyocell and 10% spandex: a natural fiber from wood cellulose, with just enough stretch for every squat, sprint, and deadlift. Whether you wear them as fitness shorts, running shorts, or just as athletic shorts: it is one pair of shorts for every workout.

How we work

Every product starts with a real annoyance. We wear our own shorts — during strength training and running. We test them with friends and we only change something if it’s truly better than what was already there.

We started in Vlissingen, Zeeland. A small team with a simple idea: sportswear should just be comfortable.
