Return policy

Right of withdrawal

Under European law, you as a consumer have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day after you have received the product.

How to return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@vyrexwear.com. Please include your order number and state that you wish to withdraw from your order. You may also use the model withdrawal form found at the bottom of this page.

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us. Please return the product unused, unwashed, and with all labels attached. You may try on the product as you would in a store. If you have gone beyond what is necessary to evaluate the product (for example, if it has been worn during exercise or washed), we may deduct the depreciation in value from the amount to be refunded.

Costs

The direct costs for returning the product are for your account, unless we made an error in the delivery.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount, including the original shipping costs (limited to the cheapest standard shipping method), within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are sealed for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery, where applicable.
