Terms and conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the Vyrexwear webshop.

Article 2 — Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer from Vyrexwear and to every distance contract concluded between us and the consumer.

Article 3 — Offer and prices

All prices on the webshop are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are stated separately before the order is finalized. We reserve the right to change prices. Obvious errors in the price quotation are not binding on us.

Article 4 — Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment you place an order and receive an order confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders or to request additional information.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment takes place at the time of ordering via the payment methods offered on the webshop. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Article 6 — Delivery

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The delivery times provided by us are indicative and not final deadlines. Exceeding an indicative delivery time does not entitle you to compensation or dissolution, unless delivery is delayed for an unreasonably long time. In that case, you have the right to cancel the order free of charge.

The risk of damage to or loss of products passes to the consumer at the moment of delivery.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product. The full conditions for returning are described on our returns policy page.

Article 8 — Conformity and warranty

We guarantee that the products comply with the agreement and the specifications stated on the webshop. You are entitled to a product that meets reasonable expectations. This does not affect legal warranty rights.

Article 9 — Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid out in the relevant case by our liability insurance, or to the amount of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused by improper use of the product.

Article 10 — Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 11 — Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product or our service, please contact us as soon as possible via info@vyrexwear.com. We strive to respond within 14 days. If we cannot reach a solution together, you may submit the dispute to the competent court.

Article 12 — Applicable law

Dutch law exclusively applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. As a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you reside.
