The Performance Gym Shorts have an athletic fit and are available in S, M, L, and XL. As a guideline: S fits a waist circumference of approximately 72–74 cm, M 78–80 cm, L 84–86 cm, and XL 90–94 cm. You can find the full size chart and a size advisor on the product page, which determines your size based on your height and weight.

90% lyocell and 10% spandex. Lyocell is a natural fiber made from wood cellulose: soft, breathable, and moisture-regulating. The spandex provides stretch, allowing the shorts to move with you. Features a built-in, opaque inner liner.

Two pockets, both with a zipper. This keeps your phone and keys safe at all times, even during runs or heavy sets.

Vyrexwear is designed for strength training, fitness, and running. You can wear it as gym shorts at the gym, as fitness shorts at home, and as running shorts outdoors.

All three. The Performance Gymshorts are 2-in-1 men's sports shorts: a pair of short sports shorts with built-in inner shorts and two zippered pockets. This makes them suitable as gym shorts, fitness shorts, training shorts, and running shorts.

Within the Netherlands, we ship for free with PostNL. Your package will typically arrive 1–3 business days after shipment. We ship to Belgium for €4.95, with a delivery time of 2–4 business days. After shipment, you will receive a track-and-trace code by email.
